∏.EVIL.GATEWAY.∏

Thought and expression used to mean something, but that was over fifty[50] years ago. History has no place in our time. (..That was over fifty[50] years ago). Most people want to hear about the future, you may get seventy-five[75] years to life if you do something foolish, like even mentioning the existence of the civil war. But prison isn't so bad these days, only because this whole country is a prison. Two thousand [2000] others, including myself, still have ties to the old rebellion. Some say there may be another uprising in the future --but i don't think so. The abolishing of agriculture made way for new towers in the sky, new spaces for civilians to "live", and "work", but these spaces are mostly for machines, they've taken our place now. Most public banks have been burned from the ground up. Money has no place in this world anymore. The rebellion still exists, but it's mostly just made up of mercenaries who do more harm than good. If you're lucky enough to even find a paved road, most of them are bare. ..It's quite rare to see another soul in the out of doors. We haven't been able to contact the rest of the globe, ..there may still be other signs of humanity overseas, but we have no way to communicate. If we do board a plane or a boat in the dead of night, we run the risk of being shot down, bombed to the ground, which sounds pretty peaceful under these conditions. I don't know the point of this letter, communication i suppose. ..We're still trying to reach the other side..

Yours,
John Donastein,
